Working hours / remuneration – We will coordinate the duration and time frame of your assignments with you according to your preferences. We can offer you shifts of six hours per month during the day and/or evening, depending on what suits you best. We pay more than the minimum wage – with us, you will initially receive €17.39 per hour (DRK Tarif), plus supplements on Sundays and public holidays, as well as night supplements.

Salary & Allowances
- Salary based on the DRK Hamburg Tarif - starting at €17.39 per hour.
- Direct insurance – 15% from the company on deferred compensation
- Christmas bonus (annual special payment) according to collective agreement
- Commendations (e.g., for exceptional commitment—determined by department management)
